We're looking for a highly skilled IT Technician to join our team at Gravita Business Services Ltd. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining our IT infrastructure, and contributing to the development of new projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining core applications and supporting remote working capabilities.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Contributing to the planning and development of IT infrastructure.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to staff and directors.

Requirements:

  • 12 months experience in an IT support role.
  • Experience with Active Directory administration and group policy.
  • SUPPORT experience with Windows Server 2012R2 and above, and Windows 10 in a domain environment.
  • Office 365 management for users and email.
  • BENEFICIAL: programming/scripting experience, Microsoft SQL Server support, mobile OS support (iPhone, Android, iPad).
