We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team, providing essential services to individuals with learning disabilities in our residential settings. As a valued member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our service users.

About the Role

This permanent position, based in the North East region, involves working 40 hours per week across three specialist residential services: Thornfield Grange, Redlands, and Oaklands. You will be responsible for delivering speech and language therapy services to individuals with complex needs, ensuring their care and support plans are tailored to meet their unique requirements.

In this role, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise through our comprehensive training program, including post-basic dysphagia training. Our supportive environment fosters collaboration and knowledge-sharing among our multidisciplinary team, allowing you to grow professionally and personally.
