Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Scrub Practitioner (ODP) to join our multidisciplinary team at Nuffield Health Wolverhampton Hospital.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in scrub, anesthetics, and recovery. As a key member of our theatre team, you will work closely with leading consultants and professionals who value your skills.

Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience, providing a competitive salary for a role that offers significant opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ophthalmic Scrub Knowledge and Experience: Utilize your expertise in ophthalmic scrub practices to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Patient-Centred Care: Prioritize the needs of our patients, ensuring they receive exceptional care throughout their treatment journey.
  • Junior Staff Supervision: Develop and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Clinical Effectiveness: Collaborate with colleagues to create clinically effective and evidence-based care plans that meet the evolving needs of our patients.
