Job Overview

We are seeking a Substance Misuse Practitioner to provide essential support and build relationships with individuals and their families affected by substance misuse in Wolverhampton.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Psycho-social Interventions: Screen, assess, and provide care planning, after-care support, and onward transition to other services as needed.
  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Develop strong relationships with service users and their families, addressing their diverse needs and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working in the Substance Misuse field.
  • Familiarity with primary, secondary, and outreach settings.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance required.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £15 - £20 (PAYE).
  • 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • A temporary position within our organization.

Estimated salary: £25,880 - £34,960 per year.
