Learning Disability Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Disability Support Specialist to join our team in Sevenoaks, Kent. As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to learning disabled adults, enabling them to live independently and reach their full potential.
About the Role:You will work closely with our service users, providing personal care, supporting daily tasks, and promoting independence. You may also be involved in planning and organizing activities, such as outings and hobbies, to enhance their quality of life.
A driver's license and access to a car would be beneficial, but not essential. In return for your dedication and commitment, we offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, plus generous holidays and benefits.
- Estimated annual salary: £24,960
- Working hours: Shift work, including early shifts, late shifts, and every other weekend
- Benefits: Generous holidays, pay incentives, training & development opportunities, and lots of benefits
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience would be an advantage.
