About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Intensive Case Management Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work with individuals who are experiencing homelessness and facing multiple and complex needs. You will provide flexible, person-centred support to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. You will have experience of working with vulnerable individuals, providing support and guidance to help them overcome challenges. You will be a strong communicator, able to build trust and rapport with our members. You will also be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve our goals.
