KEF | Kent Engineering & Foundry is seeking a highly skilled Program and Partnerships Manager to lead our community engagement efforts, drive brand awareness, and contribute to content initiatives. As our ideal candidate, you will possess solid experience in community management, online dialogue, and event planning.

We are offering a competitive salary of around £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on your skills and qualifications. In addition to the attractive remuneration package, we offer long-term career development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our community of fans and collaborators, including day-to-day community management, content strategy, and program execution. You will work closely with the Global Analytics team to set up and track KPIs, collaborate with the Europe Regional Marketing team, and lead agency, artist, and legal relationship management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategize, implement, and maintain Global Program initiatives in the Europe region, ensuring alignment with Global Marketing objectives and calendar.
  • Lead the execution of Global programs at KEF Music Gallery London and other locations in Europe.
  • Work with the Global Analytics team to set up and track KPIs for Global and Europe programs.

A strong community builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, effective stakeholder engagement skills, and experience working in an international context is required. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in other European languages is a bonus.
