Athona Recruitment is seeking an experienced Forensic Consultant Psychiatrist to join their team at a private hospital in Chesterfield. This permanent, full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in forensic psychiatry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing psychiatric assessments and treatment plans for patients with LD and MH issues
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contributing to organisational quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree and MRCPsych qualification
  • CCT/CESR in Rehabilitation/Adult Psychiatry
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice, as well as the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Code of Practice
