Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counsellor to join our Therapy team. As a Youth Therapist, you will work closely with students, parents, and carers to provide individualised counselling services that meet their unique needs. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and co-ordinate your own caseload, implementing individual EHCP/treatment plans for counselling and maintaining accurate and timely records detailing each student's progress.

Requirements
  • Hold a recognised qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy (e.g., BACP, UKCP)
  • Have experience working with children and young people in a therapeutic setting
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
