Training Estate Support Worker

Lancashire solutions is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Cleaning Operative at Beckingham Training Area in Lincolnshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the training estate facilities and accommodation blocks, ensuring they are fit for purpose. This includes housekeeping duties such as mopping, hoovering, changing beds, and cleaning ablutions.
Main Responsibilities- To maintain the cleanliness of the training estate facilities and accommodation blocks.
- To conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- To develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet deadlines.
- To collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- To document and report any issues or concerns.
- Experience in cleaning and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess basic IT skills and ability to learn new software.
£24,500 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months with the option to extend.
