Hospitality and Catering Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality and Catering Specialist to join our team as a Catering Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our catering facilities, ensuring that we deliver exceptional food quality and customer service standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or catering, with a minimum of two years of management experience. They will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as brilliant financial acumen.
We offer a competitive salary range of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus various perks and discounts. Our benefits package includes free meals, onsite parking, and exclusive travel discounts.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing teams to ensure delivery of impeccable food and customer service
- Overseeing the efficiency of all in-unit operations, including managing inventories and implementing action plans
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
