Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment agency with a reputation for quality service, is seeking an experienced Adults Service Manager to join their team based in Cheshire.

About the Role
  • Manage a team of social workers within an Adults Hospital Discharge service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the team meets performance targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and best practices in ASC and hospital discharge management
  • Supervise and develop social workers, promoting their professional growth and well-being
  • Chair safeguarding meetings and lead Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs) effectively

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Current registration with Social Work England
  • Recent managerial experience, preferably in Adults/Children's Services as a Team Manager or above
  • Significant frontline experience in Adults/Children's Services working as a Team Manager
  • Experience of managing staff, attending professional meetings, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

Pay and Benefits:

  • Salary: £40 per hour (assignment rate)
  • Contract Type: Locum, 3-Months/ongoing contract
  • Working Hours: Full-time
