Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to increase lettings business revenue
  2. Conduct valuations and provide expert guidance to landlords and clients
  3. Analyze market trends and adapt business strategies accordingly
  4. Foster long-term relationships with stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of tenant and landlord escalations
  5. Collaborate with the management team on strategic initiatives and stay updated on relevant legislation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Negotiator
  • ARLA qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead by example
  • In-depth knowledge of the lettings process and UK legislation
