Lead a Residential Children's Home with Kizuna Recruitment

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential children's home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained for the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the residential children's home, including staff supervision, guidance, and support.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans and risk assessments for each child, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Maintain effective communication with children, families, external agencies, and professionals involved in their care.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive environment that values diversity and respects the rights of children and young people.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in a Children's Residential Home.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification) or working towards.
  • Sound knowledge of Ofsted legislation, regulations, and best practices in childcare.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
