Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Henderson Brown Recruitment Ltd. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process and working closely with hiring managers to ensure efficiency and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Manage offer letters and contracts, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Oversee the new starter process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees
- Verify and upload right-to-work documents for new hires
- Maintain accurate records of candidate availability, skills, and profiles in our applicant tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service to talent, responding to inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills, with a focus on organization and process management
- Proactive and confident, with the ability to apply initiative to tasks
- Proficient in using computer systems and able to learn new software with ease
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
- Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential
What We Offer:
- A full-time role, Monday to Friday
- A competitive salary up to £30,000, depending on experience
