Salary and Benefits

The competitive salary range for this role is £29,400 - £37,000 per annum, plus an annual performance-based bonus of up to £2,000. The benefits package includes 28 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell holidays.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coach. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in developing the next generation of Early Years professionals.

  1. Support learners up to Level 5 in Early Years.
  2. Deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.
  3. Embed Functional Skills into the curriculum.
  4. Host monthly webinars to provide industry insights and updates.
  5. Observe and review learner progress to ensure qualification standards are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised Assessor's Award such as TAQA or CAVA.
  • A Level 3 Teaching Qualification (e.g., Award in Education and Training (AET) or PTLLS).
  • A relevant Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above.
  • Experience delivering and coaching Early Years Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
