Talent Finder is seeking a highly skilled Early Years Development Specialist to join our team. With a salary of £25,500, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that promote learning and development in young children.

About the Role

As an Early Years Development Specialist, you will play a key role in creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of individual children
  • Collaborating with the nursery team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the welfare and well-being of children
  • Developing strong relationships with parents and carers through regular communication and progress updates

You will need to possess a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (EYE, NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent) and up-to-date training in first aid and safeguarding. We also require excellent references and a clear enhanced DBS check.
