Role Overview:

This exciting opportunity is for an accomplished educational leader to join our team as an Early Years Educational Lead. Reporting directly to our school leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational direction of our institution.


Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility will be to provide inspirational leadership and guidance to our EYFS team. This includes leading by example, developing curriculum materials, and mentoring colleagues to ensure exceptional teaching and learning experiences for our students.

You will work closely with our senior leaders to develop and implement policies that foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

In addition, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring staff to achieve outstanding results, as well as contributing to the development of a positive school environment that promotes the welfare and well-being of all students.

You will also be involved in monitoring student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address these challenges.


Requirements:
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EYFS teaching and leadership
  • Proven track record of improving student outcomes and achievement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve excellent results
