Primary School EYFS Teaching Assistant Role
Ribbons & Reeves Limited are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Early Years education professional to join their team as an EYFS Teaching Assistant in a Primary School in Harrow.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate or Aspiring Primary Teacher to gain valuable experience working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage. The successful candidate will assist pupils with phonics and core subjects, ahead of their graduation to KS1.

Eyfs teaching assistant responsibilities include supporting pupils on a whole-class, 1:1, and small-group basis, using strategies effectively, and working independently while following policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a 2:1 degree from a top UK University and be committed to spending the remainder of the academic year working in this role.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who can build positive relationships with students and colleagues alike, demonstrating patience, understanding, and empathy. This is a perfect entry point into education, offering ongoing support and training to help you confidently apply for PGCE programmes in the future.

About the Role:
- Initial 1-year contract as an EYFS Teaching Assistant
- Competitive salary: £24,373 - £27,600 per annum (approximately £481-£510 per week)
