Walker Lovell is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for the Ukrainian Market to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Local Marketing Leadership:

  • Drive product launches on the ground, partnering with various teams (Logistics, Licensing, Product & Brand Marketing, PR & Communications) both locally and regionally.
  • Manage marketing communications, including local and national media initiatives, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Oversee PR & communications, sponsorships, and the development of Member tools and training resources.
  • Design and tailor Member education initiatives, promotional activities, and production strategies.

Social Media Development:

  • Lead the strategic direction and content creation for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to establish objectives, KPIs, and conduct evaluations post-campaign.

Collaboration with EMEA Marketing:

  • Work in tandem with the EMEA Marketing Team to adopt best practices for the Ukrainian market.
  • Modify regional programs, campaigns, and materials for local application.

Member Engagement:

  • Engage with local Members, particularly the S&P group, to identify requirements for new tools and training.
  • Facilitate Member involvement in marketing activities and proactively gather feedback.

Cross-Department Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the Country Manager, SS&S, Member Services, Logistics, and Sales Centers to create and implement effective Member programs and initiatives.

Marketing Material Production:

  • Lead the creation and distribution of all marketing materials, including literature, market research, and multimedia tools.
  • Monitor market demands and update resources to effectively support DMOs.

Alignment with Corporate Marketing:

  • Execute regional and global marketing initiatives in accordance with Corporate Marketing strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Degree in Marketing or Economics.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in marketing, brand management, or trade marketing.
  • Soft Skills: Open-minded, positive, resilient, enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative, and solution-oriented.
  • Language Proficiency: Native Ukrainian, fluent in Russian and English.
