Key Responsibilities:
Local Marketing Leadership:
- Drive product launches in the local market, working closely with various teams including Logistics, Licensing, Product & Brand Marketing, and PR & Communications.
- Manage marketing communications, overseeing local and national media initiatives, and liaising with external vendors and internal teams.
- Handle PR & communications, sponsorships, and the development of training materials.
- Design and tailor educational programs and promotional activities for Members.
Social Media Management:
- Direct the strategy and execution for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to establish objectives, KPIs, and analyze campaign outcomes.
Collaboration with EMEA Marketing:
- Partner with the EMEA Marketing Team to adopt best practices tailored for the Ukrainian market.
- Modify regional campaigns and materials for local application.
Member Engagement Initiatives:
- Work alongside local Members to identify requirements for new tools and training resources.
- Encourage Member participation in marketing efforts and proactively gather feedback.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Country Manager and various departments to create and implement effective Member programs and product launches.
Development of Marketing Materials:
- Lead the creation and production of all marketing collateral, including literature, market analysis, and multimedia tools.
- Stay attuned to market demands and refresh tools to support local operations effectively.
Alignment with Corporate Marketing:
- Execute regional and global marketing initiatives in accordance with Corporate Marketing strategies.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Economics.
- Experience: 2-3 years in marketing, brand management, or trade marketing.
- Soft Skills: Open-minded, positive, resilient under pressure, enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative, and adept at problem-solving.
- Language Proficiency: Native Ukrainian, fluent in Russian and English.
