Key Responsibilities:

Local Marketing Leadership:

  • Drive product launches in the local market, working alongside cross-functional teams including Logistics, Licensing, and Brand Marketing.
  • Manage marketing communications, including local media campaigns, and liaise with external vendors and internal teams.
  • Oversee public relations, sponsorships, and training programs.
  • Design and tailor educational programs and promotional activities for Members.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute strategies for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Partner with creative agencies to establish objectives and evaluate campaign performance.

Collaboration with EMEA Marketing:

  • Work in tandem with the EMEA Marketing Team to adopt best practices for the Ukrainian market.
  • Modify regional initiatives for local implementation.

Member Engagement:

  • Engage with local Members to identify needs for new resources and training.
  • Encourage Member participation in marketing activities and gather feedback.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with various departments to create and implement effective Member programs and product launches.

Marketing Material Production:

  • Lead the creation of marketing materials, including literature and multimedia resources.
  • Assess market needs and update tools accordingly.

Alignment with Corporate Marketing:

  • Execute regional and global marketing initiatives in line with corporate strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Economics.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in marketing, brand management, or trade marketing.
  • Soft Skills: Positive, resilient, enthusiastic, independent, and creative problem-solver.
  • Language Proficiency: Native Ukrainian, fluent in Russian and English.
