Key Responsibilities:

Local Marketing Initiatives:

  • Lead product launches on the ground, partnering with various teams (Logistics, Licensing, Product & Brand Marketing, PR & Communications) both locally and regionally.
  • Manage marketing communications, including local and national media campaigns, collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Oversee PR & communications, sponsorships, and the development of Member tools and training programs.
  • Design and modify Member education initiatives, promotions, and production strategies.

Social Media Management:

  • Direct the strategy and execution for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Work with creative agencies to establish objectives, KPIs, and conduct evaluations post-campaign.

Collaboration with EMEA Marketing:

  • Engage closely with the EMEA Marketing Team to adopt best practices for the Ukrainian market.
  • Customize regional programs, campaigns, materials, and products for local application.

Member Interaction:

  • Collaborate with local Members, particularly the S&P group, to determine needs for new tools and training materials.
  • Facilitate Member involvement in marketing activities and proactively gather feedback.

Interdepartmental Coordination:

  • Work alongside the Country Manager, SS&S, Member Services, Logistics, and Sales Centers to create and implement effective Member programs, tools, training, promotions, and product launches.

Development of Marketing Materials:

  • Lead the creation and production of all marketing collateral, including literature, market research, print, online, multimedia, and business tools.
  • Assess market demands and update tools to effectively support DMOs.

Alignment with Corporate Marketing:

  • Execute regional and global marketing initiatives in accordance with Corporate Marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Economics.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in marketing, brand/category management, or trade marketing.
  • Personal Attributes: Open-minded, positive, resilient under pressure, enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative, and a problem-solver.
  • Language Proficiency: Native Ukrainian, fluent in Russian and English.
