Job Overview
The individual in this role will play a key part in advocating, executing, and facilitating a range of health promotion and educational initiatives as directed by management, specifically within the School-Aged Immunisation Service, supporting healthcare professionals in educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, implementation, and assessment of health promotion and public health immunisation initiatives for school-aged children.

Primary Duties
- Foster teamwork among colleagues, educational institutions, and families in the execution of the immunisation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with protocols for the storage and transportation of immunisation supplies.
- Maintain accurate databases for current records.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures for School Immunisation (SOPs).
- Serve as the initial point of contact for administrative functions.
- Uphold the integrity of the cold chain and coordinate the transport of vaccinations.
- Actively participate in team discussions and meetings.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Candidate Profile
Experience
Desirable:
- Experience working in community environments (educational settings) and/or with children and adolescents.

Knowledge and Skills
Essential:
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently.
- Strong team player with critical thinking capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and IT proficiency.
- Driving skills (desirable).
- Outstanding organizational abilities.

Educational Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum GCSE level education or equivalent, with at least a grade C in both English and Mathematics.
