Job Overview
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting, executing, and facilitating various health education and promotion initiatives as part of the Immunisation Service, providing support to healthcare professionals in educational settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and assessment of health promotion and public health immunisation initiatives for school-aged children.

Core Duties
- Foster collaborative relationships among team members, educational institutions, and families to ensure effective delivery of the immunisation programme.
- Ensure compliance with storage and transportation requirements for immunisation products.
- Maintain accurate databases to ensure up-to-date records.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures for School Immunisation (SOPs).
- Serve as the primary contact for administrative responsibilities.
- Uphold the cold chain and coordinate the transport of vaccinations.
- Actively participate in team meetings and discussions.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile
Experience
Desirable:
- Experience working in community environments (such as schools) and/or with children and adolescents.

Knowledge and Skills
Essential:
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently.
- Assertive, collaborative team player with strong critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and IT proficiency.
- Driving skills (desirable).
- Outstanding organizational capabilities.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Minimum GCSE level education or equivalent, with at least a grade C in both English and Mathematics.
