**Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company's commercial goals, focusing on retention, engagement, and quality.
  2. SUPPORT THE TALENT MANAGEMENT AND ACQUISITION STRATEGY BY DELIVERING THE FIRM'S PERFORMANCE REVIEW CYCLE.
  3. Liaise with key stakeholders and HR colleagues to investigate and effectively manage conduct issues, capability, absence management, and grievance resolution.
  4. Coach leaders to develop effective leadership and capability across all levels, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  5. Lead strategic and operational HR projects as required.

**Requirements:** You must be an experienced HR Business Partner with a proven track record of working in a Professional Services/Partnership led firm. You should have strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices, with the ability to provide strategic guidance and support to senior leaders. Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and a high touch service approach are essential for this role.
