About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Teacher to join our team at an SEN school in Christchurch, Dorset.

This is a full-time position with a January start date.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored education to meet the unique needs of our students, including creating engaging lesson plans and assessing student progress.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience working with students with Autism. We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from £32,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver effective lesson plans to support the educational needs of students with Autism.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive support and a cohesive learning environment.
