We are seeking a skilled Contract Coordinator to join our team at Circet UK.

Circet UK is a leading provider of specialist services to the Telecommunications, Transport Infrastructure, and Power Sectors in Ireland and the UK. We are driven to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' expectations while adapting to their changing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate large buildouts and infrastructure refreshes

• Interface with Project Managers and customer representatives

• Initiate and monitor scheduling of completion dates

• Continuously update databases to track jobs

• Resolve customer concerns

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues

• Integrity and humility in all aspects of work
