Role Summary:">

An experienced Supervising Social Worker is required to work within our team in Edinburgh, supporting foster carers and ensuring the welfare of children remains central to all aspects of our service.

This role involves delivering training to foster carers and adopters, representing the voices of children and carers, and being part of a multidisciplinary team.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Delivering training sessions to foster carers and adopters, providing feedback and updating materials as necessary.
  • Representing the voices of children and carers through participation and consultation activities.
  • Working alongside other professionals to ensure the welfare of children remains paramount.
  • Being flexible in responding to the needs of young people, carers, and colleagues.

What We Offer:
