**Job Description**

The Senior Sales Manager will focus on growing sales from accounts in their territory, including end-user, D+B, and dealer accounts.

The successful candidate will educate prospects and customers on the benefits of ergonomics and leverage that knowledge to sell our products and services.

Direct b2c sales comprise 50% of this role, requiring strong sales skills, including generating own sales leads and meeting revenue goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a high level of sales activity, with a minimum of 10 sales appointments per week
  • Achieving and exceeding revenue, profitability, and product mix sales goals
  • Developing a business plan with management for strategic sales objectives
  • Setting up product tests or demos for end-users as necessary
  • Facilitating presentations for prospective clients
  • Completing sales activity and opportunity reports, sales order paperwork, installation assistance, and sales training, as well as maintaining customer contact databases
  • Serving as a liaison between customer service and the customer on shipment and quality matters
  • Facilitating dealer training sessions on ergonomics and Humanscale products for dealer sales reps
  • Leading strategic business and forecasting discussions with dealer principles to meet dealer sales goals, establish new accounts, and grow existing customer sales

 

**Qualifications**

Candidates should have:

  • At least 5 years of business sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience preferred
  • A successful track record of planning and execution
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and associated applications required
  • CRM knowledge
  • Ability to travel overnight regionally (25%)

 

**Estimated Salary Range**: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
