PP Associates is recruiting a Senior Social Worker to join our safeguarding teams based in Kingston & Twickenham.

We are offering a £3000 welcome payment + £3000 market supplement for this role.

This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be in the office/community 3 times a week.

Preferably recent experience in a similar role is required. We are not accepting candidates that require sponsorship at this time.

Key benefits include a welcome payment and retention bonus, access to free parking, 29 days annual leave (increasing to 33 days after 2 years and 35 days after four years), local government salary and pension scheme, hybrid working, and a travel assistance package.

As a Senior Social Worker, you will work with a wide range of families from diverse backgrounds, with different presenting issues. You will have access to a range of professional development opportunities, including the Social Work Teaching Partnership.

Pay grade is £39,951 - £40,614 for Social Workers and £46,041 - £49,083 for Senior Social Workers.
