Your Role:
- Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure projects align with Truro's strategic development goals.
- Prepare and submit planning applications, while liaising with regulatory bodies.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions for complex planning and zoning challenges.
- Continuously research and stay updated on local, regional, and national planning regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate planning, development, and regeneration projects across Truro.
- Develop and implement effective planning strategies to meet client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and community groups.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Urban Planning or related field.
- Proven experience in town planning, with a track record of successful projects.
