Key Responsibilities

The Role:

  • Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness and wellness, embodying the brand's values and principles.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective management of membership sales, product sales, and secondary revenue streams.
  • Lead by example on reception and the gym floor, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and a member-centric approach.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of central processes like STRIVE & MOVE, driving consistency and excellence across the business.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Manage club rotas, ensuring fully trained staff are always on site and meeting business objectives.
  • Report facilities and maintenance issues, maintaining a safe and clean environment for members.
  • Deliver honest, constructive feedback to support team members in achieving their potential.

Requirements:

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a passion for health, fitness, and wellness, with a Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable).
  • Has 1+ year of previous management experience within the fitness industry, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
  • Is adaptable in communication and management style, with a positive, solutions-driven mindset.
  • Embraces a member champion mentality, with exceptional interpersonal skills and a keen desire to learn and develop.
  • Is flexible in working hours and location, with a willingness to support the needs of the business.
