Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Company as an Ambassador: Foster a positive image of Frasers Group and its values, embodying the company's mission and vision.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase membership sales, product sales, and secondary revenue streams, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Manage Controllable Costs: Effectively manage stock orders, cleaning supplies, and other expenses to minimize waste and overspend.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, setting a high standard for performance and behavior, and inspiring team members to achieve their best.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee the implementation of central processes, such as STRIVE and MOVE, to ensure consistency and high standards across all locations.
  • Recruit, Train, and Develop Team Members: Lead the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and Improve Processes: Regularly review and refine operational processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with company goals.
  • Provide Feedback and Coaching: Offer constructive feedback and coaching to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their potential.
  • Manage Facilities and Maintenance: Oversee the reporting of facilities and maintenance-related issues, ensuring that they are addressed promptly and in accordance with best practices.
  • Manage Club Rotas: Develop and manage club rotas, ensuring that fully trained team members are always on site and that budgets are met.
  • Be Resilient and Agile: Demonstrate the ability to adapt to challenging situations, finding solutions and leading the team to achieve their goals.
  • Ensure High Standards of Cleanliness and Presentation: Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation, both on and off shift, ensuring that the club is always welcoming and inviting to members.
