About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director of Fitness Operations to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our fitness operations, leading a team of professionals in all sales and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate our elevated ways of working, driving all revenue lines from membership sales to product and secondary sales to drive profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Manage controllable costs, such as stock orders and cleaning supplies, to eliminate wastage and overspend.
- Team Development: Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members within your gym.
- Process Improvement: Ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard using our in-house systems.
- Communication: Deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential and challenging them on a daily basis.
- Facilities Management: Report facilities and maintenance-related issues in accordance with best practice guidelines.
- Rota Management: Manage club rotas based on budgets, ensuring fully trained team members are always onsite.
- Adaptability: Be resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutions.
- Policy and Procedure: Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times, whether on-shift or not.
