Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to lead our fitness programs and teams at Everlast Gyms. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing fitness programs, and mentoring our team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador, promoting our brand and values to members and the wider community.
  • Lead national focuses and incentives, such as #WorkoutWednesday and in-gym challenges, to drive engagement and member retention.
  • Advocate for our member on-boarding program, MOVE, and deliver high-quality training and support to our team.
  • Own and drive the REDEFINE product, delivering cohort sales and high levels of engagement throughout the program.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers to ensure our team is equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Monitor and optimize group training timetables and performance, ensuring alignment with company KPIs.
  • Grow and optimize member engagement within your community, driving new member sales and retaining existing members.
  • Deliver high-quality on-shift classes and personal training sessions, ensuring exceptional member experiences.
  • Support the wider team by driving all revenue lines, from membership sales to product and secondary sales, to drive profitability.
  • Lead by example on reception and the gym floor, demonstrating our values and inspiring our team to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness, with a strong understanding of the fitness industry.
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and CIMSPA Practitioner level certification.
  • Knowledge of running personal training sessions and experience delivering a variety of group training modalities.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with a passion for coaching and mentoring others.
  • Adaptability in communication and management style, with a positive, solutions-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a member champion mentality.
  • Driven and ambitious, with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviors and competencies specific to the role.
  • Flexibility in working hours and location, with the ability to work weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
