Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Centre Agent to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our sales and administrative support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer inquiries and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide sales support by ensuring all customer inquiries are responded to efficiently and effectively.
- Open new customer accounts and complete the MK Denial process.
- Generate hire and sales quotations.
- Process customer sales and hire purchase orders, liaising with depots and rehires on equipment availability.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with hired equipment, manage POs, and identify new business opportunities.
- Process equipment exchanges, off-hires, and report losses or damages to customers.
- Manage and resolve invoice queries, including processing suspension requests.
- Run and check pre-invoice reports to capture and resolve anomalies.
- Manage on-hire and off-hire documentation, processes, and procedures.
- Raise purchase orders for company CAPEX.
- Participate in quality audits and promote group USPs to customers.
- Contribute to the budget and sales strategy.
- Identify opportunities, produce leads, and book appointments for the sales team.
- Research and develop specific industry sectors.
- Manage a database to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place.
- Previous administrative or sales experience, preferably in the rental sector.
- Proactive approach focused on customers.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Strong command of MS Office.
- Self-motivated and open to development.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Salary based on experience.
- Generous pension scheme.
- Stable working hours (Monday to Friday, 8-5pm).
