About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Early Years Apprentice at Bright Horizons Springfield Lodge Day Nursery and Preschool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a nursery team to provide high-quality care and education to children from birth to 5 years old.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities and learning experiences that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless care and education.
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment that supports children's physical and emotional well-being.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Commitment to completing the Apprenticeship program.
  • GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above in Maths and English, or Functional Skills Level 2. Willingness to complete Functional Skills alongside the Apprenticeship if not already held.
  • Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
