Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Bright Horizons Springfield Lodge Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, aged from birth to five years old.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with our nursery team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes children's learning and development.
- Plan and implement engaging activities and play opportunities that support children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our nursery's policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of child welfare and safety.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to support the achievement of our nursery's goals.

Requirements
- A commitment to completing your Apprenticeship and achieving a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care.
- GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above in Maths and English, or Functional Skills Level 2. If not already held, a willingness to complete Functional Skills alongside your Apprenticeship.
- Previous experience working with children, although not essential, is desirable. Relevant qualifications or experience in childcare, education, or a related field are also an advantage.
