We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Apprentice to join our team at Bright Horizons Springfield Lodge Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, aged from birth to five years old.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with our nursery team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes children's learning and development.
- Develop and implement engaging activities and play-based learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure seamless transitions and maintain open relationships.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe and healthy environment that prioritizes the well-being and safety of our children.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early years education and care.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.13, with the potential for career progression and professional growth.

- A commitment to completing your Apprenticeship and achieving a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care.
- GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above in Maths and English, or Functional Skills Level 2. If not already held, a willingness to complete Functional Skills alongside your Apprenticeship.
- Previous experience working with children is beneficial, but not essential. We welcome applications from individuals with a passion for early years education and care.
