Nursing Home Operations Manager

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. With our focus on delivering person-centred care, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to lead and supervise our night shifts.
The Role:- Lead and manage your shift, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care that meets the needs of our residents
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
- Administer and record medication accurately and efficiently, maintaining accurate records and adhering to policies and procedures
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity
- Support the leadership team in driving service development and improvement
- Maintain a positive and professional approach at all times, providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is highly desirable
- You should be well-organised, IT literate, and able to allocate and delegate work effectively
- Proven experience in leading and supervising others is essential
- A good understanding of care planning processes and principles is required
- You should be confident in administering medication and willing to undertake training if necessary
- Above all, you should have a natural ability to make a positive impact on the lives of others
