We are seeking a passionate and energetic Home Manager to join our vibrant and dedicated team at Harrier Lodge.

The Role:- Take responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the care home and achieve an industry-leading standard.
- Provide leadership and effective management for all staff employed in the home.
- Promote a caring environment delivered according to latest guidelines, best practice, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the effective financial and commercial management of the home in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain excellent relationships with relatives, residents, purchasers, and external agencies to build and maintain a positive reputation in the local community.
- 2-3+ years Home Manager experience.
- Care of older people in a Residential and Dementia setting.
- Ability to control and manage a budget and accounts.
- Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation.
- Ability to raise standards through innovation and new ideas.
