WW Demand Planning Manager, Amazon Shipping

Amazon Operations is seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to own medium-long term demand plans for our US business. The successful candidate will be responsible for refreshing demand plans, engaging with stakeholders, and achieving leadership sign-off. We require someone with excellent quantitative skills and the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders.

This role will be a key member of the WW Business Operations Team, responsible for driving strategic decision making and process optimization across the UK and international marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Amazon Operation's medium and long-term strategic planning discussions (6 months to 5-year time horizon)
  2. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Network Planning teams to establish a consolidated demand plan in-line with our business planning cycles.
  3. Review deviations vs forecast to identify areas where our methodology could be revised/improved.
  4. Advise on the demand impact of new initiatives/products.
  5. Support the business case for expansion into new areas where we have minimal historical data.
Requirements
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
