Job Title: Planning Manager

Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: £60,000-£65,000 per annum

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Planning Manager to join our team at Henderson Brown Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our supply chain function, you will be responsible for leading and developing the planning team to deliver business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the tactical and strategic planning functions, ensuring delivery of capacity and labour planning while maintaining agreed customer service levels.

* Manage the inbound supply chain to guarantee accurate stock levels, maintain the supply element of the S&OP process, and engage effectively with key stakeholders.

* Develop key relationships with your team, other departments, customers, and suppliers.

* Look at methods of Continuous Improvement to improve the planning function and utilize the ERP/MRP systems in place to support this.

Requirements:

* Experience as a Business Planning Manager or similar in an FMCG company.

* Experience in managing and leading a team.

* Ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships, including exposure to customers.

* Capability to work to tight deadlines and make business-critical decisions.

* Excellent attention to detail in work.

* Continuous Improvement mindset.

* Strong understanding of factory processes.
