Job Title: Strategic Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Programme Manager to lead complex technology transformation programmes and drive programme management excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage programme schedules, ensuring interdependencies between initiatives are effectively managed.
  • Oversee programme budget, financial management, benefits, and benefits realisation plans.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and programme alignment.
  • Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of the Portfolio Management Office.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale cross-functional transformation programmes.
  • Expertise in setting up governance frameworks, managing macro-level risks, and ensuring clear communication across multiple stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of risk management and best practices for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in large-scale, complex programmes.
  • Strong understanding of programme management principles, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
