Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Consultant to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a Commercial Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving new and extra works business from existing and new small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) customers within a set geographical territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of circa 500 SME accounts within a territory, building strong relationships with customers to drive growth and increase satisfaction.
  • Source potential new customers through self-generated business and referrals in a specific geographic area.
  • Self-generate sales leads through networking, referrals, and warm/cold calling, executing the channel customer contact strategy.
  • Work closely with new business colleagues to ensure a smooth handover of new customers into the business.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achievement in driving growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Able to function independently, leveraging resources and engaging with operational departments to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Understanding of the sales process from start to finish.
  • Security industry experience is an advantage.
