About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Facilitator to join our Paediatric ward at The Portland Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare UK. This is a unique opportunity to drive educational initiatives and elevate the standard of care we offer.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational activities to address practice gaps
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • RN with current NMC PIN
  • First level degree in Paediatric Nursing
  • A post-graduation certificate in education with a recognised mentorship qualification
  • Extensive experience in clinical education; substantive experience in relevant nursing specialty
  • Post Graduate Module in Practice Education
  • Train the trainer qualification desirable
