We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Broker to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our Global Broking Centre in London, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of renewable energy and power.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and highly successful team that has enjoyed strong growth year-on-year. You will support some of our largest offshore renewable clients from around the world, working closely with our global best practice to deliver market-leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client management and broking, serving a worldwide portfolio of clients produced on a wholesale and retail basis, including both renewals and new business.
  • Leading impactful renewal strategy meetings (RSMs) and delivering London market insurer roadshows that showcase exceptional care to deliver market outperformance for our clients.
  • Managing market relationships, developing new ones in support of the Natural Resources broking strategy.
  • Working closely with Natural Resources clients to ensure our global best practice is achieved.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of London market experience broking renewables, construction, power, energy, mining, or property.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in layering complex programmes.
  • Strong lead/decision-maker underwriter relationships in renewables, energy, and property.
  • Outstanding collaboration skills to successfully lead the pursuit of target prospects.
