Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing coaching and mentoring support to job seekers
- Identifying and addressing barriers to employment
- Liaising with employers to secure job opportunities
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary for this role is $30,000 per annum, with opportunities for flexible working and professional development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing environment
- Demonstrated persuasion/influencing skills and ability to build rapport with job seekers
- Experience in a performance-driven environment and willingness to travel locally
- Minimum 2 A-Levels or equivalent Level 3 Diploma
- GCSE English Language at a minimum of Grade B or equivalent Level 2 qualification
