About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Ski Chalet Specialist to join our dynamic product team at Oliver's Travels. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our fast-paced team to grow, maintain, and develop our unique portfolio of chalet properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively develop and grow the chalet programme by contracting new properties to the required brief and standards.
  • Liaise with property owners, suppliers, and agents on property listings, contracts, and terms and conditions.
  • Manage and maintain successful supplier relationships.
  • Perform data entry for CRM, Salesforce, and Booking System.
  • Add and update properties on our website to meet team targets and maintain product quality.
  • Lead the way in presenting the chalet programme on our website to ensure it stands out.
  • Assist the sales team with queries on pricing, availability, and property listings.
  • Assist with negotiating and arranging staff FAM, educational, and product trips.
  • Work with the Concierge team to offer services like ski school, lift passes, and ski hire.
  • Work with the Customer Services team to monitor quality issues.
  • Liaise with the marketing team on special offers and marketing campaigns.
  • Promote the company and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the ski industry or extensive work experience in the Alps.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Data management and administrative skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and prioritisation.
  • Ability to take initiative, problem solve, and be proactive.
  • Ability to manage supplier relationships.
  • Brilliant attention to detail.
  • Excellent numeracy skills.
  • MS Office Skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of popular ski resorts in Europe.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Full driving license.
  • Fluency in French.
